Pat Sewall

CEO and Founder
As founder and Chief Executive Officer, Pat brings a wealth of experience to CradlePoint. After a 16-year tenure at HP where he was a leader in the R&D lab for LaserJet printers, Pat started RidgeRun, a software company that developed embedded Linux solutions for the cellular phone and consumer electronics markets. Prior to HP, he held management positions with Bently Nevada Corp., a privately held electronics manufacturer. Pat holds a BS in CS from the University of Iowa, and an MS in CS from the University of California, Davis.

Ryan Adamson

COO and Founder
Ryan has been a leader in the technology industry for over 20 years, including senior management positions at Kestrelink and Portsmith. Prior to that he was Director of Business Development and Professional Services at Rightnow Technologies, a Bozeman-based CRM software company, where he also served on the original board of directors and helped raise $31M in venture funding. Ryan holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Montana State.

Gary Oliverio

CTO and Founder
Gary brings more than twenty-five years of experience in high technology business including semiconductor, wireless, and embedded software.  Prior to CradlePoint, Gary was the VP of Sales at Sandbridge Technologies from 2003 to 2004 and was the VP of Software Licensing at RidgeRun from 2001 to 2002.   Prior to that, he was Director of Business Development at Cygnus Solutions/Red Hat from 1998 to 2001.  In his early career, Gary held sales, sales management and business development positions in Motorola’s Semiconductor and Wireless Sectors.  Gary graduated with an SBEE from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Chris Bounds

CFO
Chris has over 25 years of broad general management and financial experience, serving as COO and CEO in high growth organizations and in earlier years serving as CFO of organizations with revenues in excess of $1B. From 1999 to 2008, he helped lead Boise technology start-up MarkMonitor, holding the roles of CFO, COO and ultimately CEO.  Chris began his career with Touche Ross (now Deloitte Touche) and earned a BA from Rice University and MBA from Stanford University.

Brad Surkamer

SVP Global Sales and Marketing
Most recently Brad served as President and CEO of CLM Sales and Marketing, a successful Boise based agency provided services to Hewlett Packard and other major companies.  Prior to CLM, Brad served as VP Sales and Service of Extended Systems, helping them grow from start-up to over $1B in market cap.  In his earlier career, Brad held a variety of sales and marketing leadership roles at Hewlett Packard.  Brad has an undergraduate degree in mathematics from University of Montana and holds an MBA from Northern Arizona University.

Glenn T. Michael - Director

Glenn Michael is a General Partner of Highway 12 Ventures. Prior to joining Highway 12, Glenn served as CFO and COO of several Idaho-based technology companies. Since 1993, he has led finance, human resources and legal for both startups and established corporations alike, including spearheading a number of M&A transactions. Glenn has a B.B.A. degree in Accounting from Southern Methodist University, and received his CPA in 1990. He currently sits on the board of Boise Public Schools Education Foundation, the Finance and Planning Committee for St. Alphonsus Hospital, and serves on two committees for the Treasure Valley YMCA. Previously, Glenn served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Treasure Valley YMCA, the University of Idaho Business School Advisory Board and FUNDSY of Idaho.

Elie Habib - Director

Elie Habib was most recently President and CEO of Vusion, an Internet-based HD video company, which was launched in 2008 and quickly acquired such customers as National Geographic and Universal Music. Vusion was recently acquired by the Clarendon Foundation. Prior to Vusion, Elie served as Senior Vice President and General manager of the Security and Mobile Connectivity business unit at Nokia. Before assuming his SVP role, he was Vice President of the Global Product organization for Nokia Internet Communications (NIC), VP of Engineering at Ramp Networks (Acquired by Nokia), VP of Engineering at Bay Networks (acquired by Nortel Networks), and served in various management and engineering positions at Sun Microsystems. Elie holds an MS degree in Computer Science from Case Western Reserve university and a Maitrise in Computer Science from the Universite' de Toulouse, France. Elie is an existing Series A-1 Preferred shareholder in CradlePoint.
